About Us
CND Solutions LLC is a multi-faceted design, manufacturing, and product development company based in Hondo, TX. It was founded in 2022 by a group of like-minded mechanical engineers who pooled their diverse experience portfolio to tackle repeating issues they had noticed in the product development industry. Leveraging nearly four decades of applied engineering, program management, and solutions architecture experience, CND Solutions is bringing a new face to the industry, without the over-engineering, blind iteration, or poor product performance.
Our team is built on passion, accuracy, and efficiency. Our talented engineers and professionals prioritize solving real problems with real solutions; we pool our individual experiences and skills to make sure that we are putting the right person on the job. We have deep experience across the entire engineering process including mechanical design, software development, PCB manufacturing, full-system integration, process improvement, and more. Everything we do, even down to our documentation, is rooted in mathematics and structured reasoning.
Our Hondo, TX shop, which we built ourselves, houses our machine shop and main office. Here, we design, manufacture, and build expert solutions quickly for your unique application, without compromising quality. We are leading the industry in our utilization of new manufacturing processes and continue to push ourselves to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Our Founders
Chris Naville
As the initial founder of CND Solutions, Chris has set the precedent of excellence in this company. After an expansive career crafting highly engineered bespoke designs in the automation and robotics spaces, Chris' passion met ambition when he founded CND Solutions in 2022. He is a mechanical engineer by education, but has filled his toolkit with an extremely diverse set of skills including machining, software development, welding, electrical design, simulations, process improvement, and more.
Chris functions as CND Solutions' CEO and CTO, but like all our team members, he focuses on collaboration and wearing the hat that needs to be worn. He's the resident "idea guy", and is your one-stop-shop for getting your ideas started on the path of success. Chris is always willing to go the extra mile and prioritizes staying at the cutting edge of technology. If there is a gap to bridge, you can trust that Chris already has five ideas on how to do it.
Dawn Naville
Part mechanical engineer, part project manager, part operations lead, Dawn combines technical expertise with a people-first mindset. With broad hands-on experience, she bridges the gap between technical teams and organizational needs by pairing engineering skill with structure, clarity, and a steady focus on people. Building on her foundation in mechanical engineering, Dawn has developed a wide-ranging skillset that includes process and technical documentation, harness design and manufacturing, software development, customer relations, and more.
Dawn functions as CND Solutions' COO and Head of Marketing, but she doesn't mind throwing on her boots and assembling 10 bolt-together frames for a customer. She oils the CND Solutions wheels and keeps projects moving forward and on track, and you can trust she'll be checking the list twice to make sure it's all as close to perfect as it can be. Meticulous, forward-looking, and technically able, Dawn is the crossover point between the other two founders.
Wayne Kirk
With a level-headed approach and a focus on long-term success, Wayne provides the consistency and stability that balance CND Solutions’ fast-paced engineering environment. A mechanical engineering degree and over two decades of practical engineering and solutions architecture experience only add to Wayne's already diverse skillset including machining, PCB design and manufacturing, electrical engineering, and more.
Wayne functions as CND Solutions' CFO and Head of Manufacturing, but you can frequently find him with his eyes glued to his microscope soldering PCB components. His grounded approach to problem solving fosters an incredible attention to detail; when Wayne is on the case, you know you are covering all of your bases.
His socks are a giveaway; Wayne is a devoted husband and father. When he is not working tirelessly to propel CND Solutions and its customers, he is a tried and true family man. Where Wayne is involved, you can count on integrity and devotion.
